C. S. Lewis Debating Society

The C.S. Lewis Debating Society has always had a clear vision, that of encouraging its members and fans to have a curious and critical look at the world around us. We firmly believe that issues, whether historical, geographical, political, religious or otherwise, can and should be grasped fully by stripping off first the multiple layers others have piled around them.

At the same time, we want to provide the opportunity to communicate those in-depth analyses in appropriate formats such as Debating Competitions. By building skills and confidence in communication, we give people the opportunity to realise their potential.
